When you join our waitlist, we collect your name and email address, and optionally your preferred finish.

When you use the Vitul bracelet and app (upon launch), we collect health and biometric data including heart rate variability, sleep patterns, skin temperature, and activity data.

We may also collect device identifiers, app usage data, and referral information for the purpose of improving our service.

Waitlist information is used solely to communicate with you about Vitul — launch updates, early access, and your referral status. We do not sell or share your email with third parties.

Health data collected through the Vitul bracelet and app is used exclusively to generate your personal health insights. We never sell, license, or share your health data with advertisers, insurers, or any third party.

All health data is end-to-end encrypted. You own your data. You may request deletion at any time.

Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.

We use Supabase for database infrastructure, which is SOC 2 Type II compliant.

We will never transfer your personal data outside of secure, audited infrastructure without your explicit consent.

Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for the site to function. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymized, aggregate traffic analysis — no personal data is collected through analytics.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you.

You may unsubscribe from our waitlist communications at any time using the link in any email we send.

We may update this policy as Vitul evolves. We will notify waitlist members of any material changes by email.
